An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact info@lumeskyn.com. Kindly check your spam folder as well.
We are usually unable to cancel or modify an order, but please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@lumeskyn.com, and we will check its progress. If it has already been processed through our systems, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
We are unable to add items to an already placed order. If you wish to add more items, you will need to place a new order with the products you desire.

No, we are an online store and offer our products exclusively online. This allows us to keep prices lower and provide a smoother shopping experience directly to your home.
If you need to return an item, we offer an exchange or refund for unused and undamaged products returned within 14 days.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact our customer service at info@lumeskyn.com with your payment details and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
As soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information appears.
You can track your package under 'Track My Order' on our homepage:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. At Lumeskyn.com, we cover the shipping costs to you!
our package will typically remain at the pick-up point or terminal for 7-14 days after arrival. If you do not pick up your package within this time frame, it will be returned to us, and a fee of 15 €/USD will be charged for the uncollected package.
If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you will need to collect it and return it to us. Otherwise, it will be registered as an 'uncollected package,' and you will be charged the corresponding amount.
If a product is damaged or defective, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint. You should always notify us within 2 months after discovering the defect, but preferably as soon as possible.
